Licence Condition
The licensee must replace the No. 1 Ammonium Nitrate Plant (AN1) Dry Section Process Condensate Tank (14-19F13) with a new bunded tank, as outlined in the report titled "Bunding Improvement Works" prepared by the licensee dated March 2013. Upon completion of the works, the licensee must provide written notification to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300 that details the works undertaken. Date for completion: 31 December 2014.
The licensee must replace the No. 1 Ammonium Nitrate Plant (AN1) Reverse Osmosis Condensate Storage Tank (13-08F04) with a new bunded tank, as outlined in the report titled "Bunding Improvement Works" prepared by the licensee dated March 2013. Upon completion of the works, the licensee must provide written notification to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300 that details the works undertaken. Date for completion: 31 December 2014.
